Frank Shostack Frank Shostack is an experienced Toronto lawyer who joined Devry Smith Frank LLP (“DSF”) in April of 2016. William J. Smith William (Bill) Smith was called to the bar in 1980 after receiving a Bachelor Of Arts degree from Glendon College, and his LL.B. from the University of Toronto Law School. Bill has practiced corporate and commercial law with the firm since then., Bill’s experience is varied and extensive.
